Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit, provided the items are unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Please note that custom commissions and personalized adornments are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges
Looking for a different size or metal finish? We offer one-time exchanges on standard collection pieces.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, while we will cover the shipping for your new selection.
Damaged or Defective Items
Every object is carefully inspected and packaged by hand before leaving the studio.

In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

Include clear photographs of both the damaged item and the external packaging.

We will prioritize a replacement or full repair at no additional cost to you.
